Roblox have released makeup! 💄💋

Players can now create and apply makeup to Dynamic Heads. The feature is live in Studio, with full marketplace release next year (potentially a great way for a young makeup artist to be discovered?!)

When it launches fully, makeup will work across three regions (eyes, lips, face) and users can layer multiple items from the same area. Players can now express their style through makeup the same way they do with clothing and accessories (currently they have to use a pre made full face or makeup).

Makeup will be sellable on the marketplace - brands can bring their actual products and aesthetics into the platform. I think for beauty brands in general, this is a huge way to get into gaming - either bring your existing range or make a fun quirky gaming range.

E.L.F. BEAUTY has already proven beauty brands can win on Roblox. They were first to test real-world commerce on the platform and keep pushing along multiple fronts - so it makes sense Roblox is releasing this feature!
